I enjoy painting loosely and spontaneously, in an impressionistic, representational style, exploiting the many unique qualities that watercolour has to offer - its translucency, the marks and textures, using wet into wet, wet against wet and lost and found techniques - allowing colours to mix and merge on the paper rather than mixing in the palette.
My paintings have been exhibited at Olympia, London/Patchings Art Centre, Nottinghamshire/Royal Institute Watercolours Mall Galleries, London and widely throughout Sussex.
I am a member of several Sussex Art Clubs.
